Due to the custom and labor-intensive nature of our work—including hard book scanning, paper digitization, and archival preservation—all sales and service agreements are considered final. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and have outlined the following refund and return policy:
As we provide personalized services that involve irreversible processes (e.g., disbinding, scanning, and digital formatting), we do not accept returns or exchanges once a project has commenced or been delivered.
Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of service completion.

For clients who ship physical materials to us:
If we return your original materials post-digitization and damage occurs in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
